game does not exit right

Hi, many topics but mainly: the game does not seem to exit right, it leaves a black screen with the mouse pointer but it does not return to the desktop screen, i tried to ctrl-tab to give focus to another window so maybe the screen would appear again or tried to redraw something else, no effect, i tried to restart all blind (only thing on the screen was the mouse pointer), but it seems i didnt restart but instead i clicked on change user. once in the user selection page, the image came again.

other things, not with the game but with this forum: there is a page for service in english, but all comments and instructions are in german, also, in the contact form, the captcha does not seem to work. i filled the form but it kept me sending to the same page telling me the captcha was incorrect, i tried case sensistive since it displayed the characters uppercase, no effect.

1st: The language problem in forum: The whole forum should be english if you click on the flag (Union Jack) in the upper right corner. Alternatively you can use this link: http://forum.bigcityracer.com/?langid=3

2nd: The Captcha of the contact form: Thank you for the information about this error first. At the moment we don't know when the problem can be fixed. Meanwhile we've put the support e-mail address above the form so everybody can reach us per mail.

3rd: The exit problem: We're not able to reproduce this error. Can you please send us the configurations of your system... Operating System, graphics card, CPU, RAM?

Can you tell something about the frequency of the error?
Everytime you want to exit the game? Every week, month or day?

Please be so kind to send us the comm.log and the console.rtf from the BigCityRacer directory directly after the crash!
